Interpretation:
I have had the opportunity to expand my practice as an educator through working as a resident at The Chicago Academy, Academy for Urban School Leadership, and my studies in graduate school at National-Louis University. Professional Development is essential to growing as an educator. I chose to make myself available for these opportunities by reaching beyond what is made aware throughout our school and researching through educational newsletters as well as volunteering to be part of extra curricular activities both through Academy for Urban School Leadership as well as The Chicago Academy.
