Interpretation:
Through aligning my lessons around the Common Core Standards, Illinois State Standards, and the Danielson Framework I have been able to demonstrate my capacity to improve students education. By understanding my students needs and backgrounds I can gear my practice to benefit their unique backgrounds. Using the signature strategies presented by Doug Lemov in Teach Like A Champion I have been able to streamline small tasks therefore giving me more time to focus on instruction and content.
